Website
A platform an organisation actually runs on
Forumi Rinor Mysliman Shqiptar does not just publish news. It runs events, clubs, courses, volunteering and seasonal campaigns — so the site had to stop being a website and start being the thing the organisation works from.
The brief
Organisations like this usually end up with a website plus a pile of forms, a spreadsheet for every intake, and somebody emailing everyone by hand. It works until it does not, and it never produces a number anyone trusts.
The requirement was to fold all of it into one place, and to give the staff a way to actually process what comes in rather than just collect it.
What it does
- Events people can sign up to. Each event has its own page and its own sign-up, so announcing one does not mean building one.
- Clubs with somewhere to live. Clubs have their own pages and their own posts, and members can propose new ones.
- Every application in one place. Membership, volunteering, course applications and reservations all arrive in the same system instead of four different inboxes.
- A staff side that handles the work. Administrators sign in and work through what came in, which is the difference between collecting applications and answering them.
- Announcements that get through. The organisation can notify members directly when something matters, rather than hoping a post is seen.
The campaign that became a product
The most interesting part is a seasonal campaign that outgrew its season. 3 muajt e mirë turns the three holy months into something members take part in together: they record good deeds, earn points and badges, and appear on a weekly leaderboard.
Alongside it runs a collective hatme — a shared reading of the Quran where the community claims and completes pages together, with the text readable right there on the page instead of somewhere else. Finishing earns a certificate the member can download and keep, which is the detail that made people share it.

Where it stands
frmsh.al is live, with the public site, the sign-ups, the staff side and the campaign all running. It is the largest project here, and the clearest case of a website that had to become an application because the organisation behind it kept growing.
