Website
A bilingual villa platform for Tuscany
Tripcare rents luxury villas, runs concierge services and manages property in Tuscany. The site had to sell all three, in Italian and English, to guests who decide on photographs and detail.
The brief
A villa is chosen the way a holiday is chosen: slowly, on a phone, comparing pictures late at night. The site had to hold up to that kind of browsing and still make the next step obvious.
It also had to work equally well in two languages. Italian is the home market and English is the one that arrives from abroad, and neither could feel like a translation of the other.
What it does
- Every villa, properly presented. Each property has its own page with photographs, the town it sits in, what it comes with and where it is on the map — the detail a guest actually compares.
- Two languages, equally complete. The whole site exists in Italian and English, so a visitor lands in their own language and stays there.
- A question that reaches a person. The enquiry form goes straight to the team and sends the visitor a confirmation, so nobody is left wondering whether the message arrived.
- Property management alongside the rentals. Owners looking for management find their own section rather than a paragraph buried inside a page written for guests.
- Fast on the phone people browse on. The site is built to stay quick on a mobile connection, because that is where most of the looking happens.

Where it stands
The site is live at tripcare.it in both languages, carrying the villa collection, the property management side and the enquiry flow.
